We’re halfway through our youth exchange “Building Self-Management Skills for Young Leaders”🚀💬

Over the past few days, we’ve explored teamwork, leadership, and different roles within a team. Through workshops and group activities, participants have been discovering what it means to be a leader, exploring key principles of leadership, and learning how to support and inspire others within a team. 👥💡

One of the highlights was our visit to the ethnographic museum in Kolbuszowa, where we connected with tradition and creativity through a hands-on clay workshop. During our time there, participants also reflected on and shared their personal leadership journeys, exchanging stories about the challenges and lessons they’ve faced in leadership roles✨

Now we’ve moved to our second venue in Budy Głogowskie, ready for more learning and sharing! 🚌
