PlayLab: Training Course on Game-Based Learning in Youth Work
The international Erasmus+ Training Course “PlayLab: Building Communities Through Experience” brings together participants from more than 10 countries to explore game-based education, experiential learning and gamification. Participants will develop practical skills in facilitation, debriefing and using games to build trust, inclusion and stronger communities.

We’re continuing our journey of supporting young people and youth workers through learning, experience and non-formal education! 
Today we kicked off our training course “PlayLab: Building Communities Through Experience”! Participants from more than 10 countries came together to explore the potential of learning-based games, experiential learning and gamification in youth work.
Throughout the week, we’ll dive into game-based education, facilitation and game-mastering, debriefing and reflection, and discover how games can help build trust, improve communication, strengthen inclusion and create stronger communities. Participants will also have the chance to design, adapt and facilitate their own activities and explore games as tools for social cohesion and meaningful learning.
