Our international youth exchange “Building Self-Management Skills for Young Leaders” has officially come to an end!
🌟 Over the course of the project, more than 40 young people from Poland🇵🇱, Bulgaria🇧🇬, Ukraine🇺🇦, Moldova🇲🇩, Lithuania🇱🇹, and Austria🇦🇹 came together to strengthen the skills every young leader needs today — self-management, resilience, and the ability to lead with awareness and purpose.
Throughout the exchange, participants:
👥 Developed leadership competences
⏰ Built self-management skills
🤔 Reflected on leadership challenges
🤝 Strengthened teamwork and collaboration
🧩 Improved decision-making and problem-solving skills
🌍 Fostered intercultural dialogue and communication
Beyond the learning, they also created lasting memories, meaningful friendships, and a strong sense of connection.🙌
