April Through Volunteering: Ozge’s Story
In April, our volunteer Ozge continued her inspiring journey — from school visits and cultural exchange to creative events and meaningful community work. Between presentations, performances, and volunteering at an animal shelter, the month was full of connection, growth, and unforgettable moments both at the center and beyond.

APRIL 
This month, we continued visiting schools to give presentations about our center and Türkiye. Each meeting felt like a new exchange — sharing, learning, and building small but meaningful connections. 
We also had the chance to attend several performances prepared by our center and local schools in Piekary Śląskie. Being there, witnessing the energy and creativity on stage, was something I truly enjoyed. 
Another meaningful moment this month was joining one of our teachers, Asia, and the young participants from our center for a volunteer day at an animal shelter. Spending time there and contributing, even in a small way, felt truly special. 
April also brought some personal highlights — I traveled to Amsterdam and Maastricht, and during that time, one of my closest friends came to visit me. Together, we went to a concert of a band we both love, which made the experience even more special. 
Back at the center, our club meetings continued, and we also took part in a festival organized together with the Hutnictwa Museum in Chorzów. Being involved in the process and contributing to something collaborative was genuinely enjoyable. 
It was a busy month — but in the best way possible. Full, dynamic, and deeply enjoyable.
