Hi everyone! l`m Polina and l`m a volunteer for the ESC program at MDK2. On the 21st of March I had the opportunity to attend a local event called “Concert of Spring” in Pekary Śląski. This event was organized to celebrate the arrival of spring, and it was held in the town’s house of culture.
The concert was mainly focused on children’s performances, which included singing, dancing, and reciting poems. It was amazing to see the enthusiasm and energy displayed by the children, and their performances were truly inspiring.
As a volunteer, I had the chance to see how local events are organized and how to work with children in Poland. The experience was not only educational, but also very entertaining, and I enjoyed every moment of it.
The event was not only a celebration of spring, but also a celebration of the community and the talent of the children. The photos I took of the event capture the energy and spirit of the occasion.
